Information of Exhibitions Application
Thank you for your interest in Crossbay Gallery. Crossbay is an artist run space in Elizabeth Bay. It is situated very centrally in Kings Cross, Potts Point and Elizabeth Bay.
The Gallery will be providing a professional and supportive environment to young, mid-career and senior local and overseas artists. The Gallery is an open-policy, nonselective exhibition space providing artists the freedom of exhibiting without the rigmarole of C.V. and portfolio appraisal. Applications are invited from individual and group artists. Guest curators are also welcomed to use this facility for their own shows.
Cost for exhibitions
- $500 for one week*
- $950 for two weeks*
- $1400 for three weeks*

$1850 for four weeks*
* including 10% GST
Crossbay will:
- host the exhibition's page on the Gallery's website
- provide a listing in Art Almanac
- staff the Gallery during opening hours and supervise sales
- provide basic tools and materials for hanging
- provide public liability insurance

Exhibition proposals include the following:

- any special requirements
- preferred Gallery space and dates (including alternatives)
- any supporting material you consider relevant
Artists are responsible for:
- installing the works
- dismantling the exhibition
- arranging and paying for insurance and transportation of the works

returning the Gallery space to pre-exhibition condition
(all reasonable assistance will be provided by Gallery staff in these matters)
